Obsessive Compulsive?
When I am at the gym I count sets, reps, and the seconds in between. I have caught myself counting stupid random crap at home sometimes that has nothing to do with anything. Does it sound like I am starting to become Obsessive Compulsive? I count these things at the gym because they help when lifting weights. I am a full time student and also have a full time job. Could it be because I am just tired?

It does sound like you are starting to develop some Obsessive behaviors. If it is something that concerns you go and talk to someone like a psychologist, but if it is just something that is a little annoying just try and stop your self from doing it. If you notice these symptoms getting worse then go and see someone :-) good luck!

How can you tell if your obsessive compulsive?
I know that there is a disorder called obsessive compulsive disorder and would like to know more about it. Firstly, what are signs you have it, and secondly, what do you do about it?
